By accessing or using OwnerKeyProperty, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

OwnerKeyProperty is an online marketplace that connects property owners directly with buyers, tenants, and seekers. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or property dealer.

• Listings are posted by owners or authorized representatives.
• We do not charge brokerage or commission for transactions arranged through the platform.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legal validity of any listing.
• Users are responsible for verifying property details, documents, and terms before entering any agreement.

To post a property, schedule visits, or message owners, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use OwnerKeyProperty for any unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purpose. Specifically, you must not:

• Act as a broker, agent, or middleman while pretending to be an owner.
• Post duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, or spam listings.
• Harvest contact information to send unsolicited marketing.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Upload viruses, malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent our security, rate limits, or verification processes.

When you post a property, you represent that you have the right to list it and that the information is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

• You grant us a non-exclusive licenseKeyProperty to display your listing and related media on the platform.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove listings that violate our policies or appear suspicious.
• You may edit or delete your own listings at any time, subject to active inquiries.

We offer optional owner verification through document upload. A "Verified Owner" badge indicates that documents were reviewed, not that we guarantee the property's legal title or condition.

Users must still perform their own due diligence, including legal verification, site visits, and documentation checks.

OwnerKeyProperty does not charge brokerage fees for connecting owners and seekers. Optional paid features, if introduced, will be clearly marked.

Any financial transaction between users (token amount, rent, deposit, sale consideration) happens outside our platform unless we explicitly offer a payment tool.

All platform branding, design, code, and content created by OwnerKeyProperty belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account or remove content if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or if required by law. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

OwnerKeyProperty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from user interactions, property transactions, or reliance on listing information.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Before approaching courts, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written communication.
